How KALO IQ handles your brand data and creator contacts

Account data: Your name, email, billing information and account settings.

Creator lists: The creators you have saved to lists, including any notes, tags and rate information you have added. This data belongs to you and is exportable at any time.

Outreach data: Messages you have sent through the platform, open and reply tracking data and the history of creator communications. This data is stored so you can reference past outreach and avoid contacting the same creator multiple times with the same message.

Campaign data: Campaign records, UTM links, tracking data and performance metrics from your campaigns.

Creator email addresses in the KALO IQ database come from public creator-published sources (bio links, contact pages) and verified opt-ins to the creator directory. KALO IQ does not purchase email databases or scrape email addresses from non-public sources.

When you access a creator's contact details through the platform (using an outreach credit), that contact information is stored in your account history. You retain the right to use contact data for legitimate outreach even after cancelling your KALO IQ subscription.

You can export all account data at any time:

• Creator lists: Export as CSV from Lists > Export. Includes all creator data and your custom notes and tags.
• Campaign data: Export from the Campaigns section as CSV or PDF (CSV requires Growth plan or above).
• Outreach history: Export from Outreach > History. Includes message content, send dates and creator responses.

There is no restriction on exporting your own data. Export at any time from your account settings.

To delete your account: go to Settings > Account > Delete account. Before deleting, export your creator lists and campaign data. Account deletion removes your personal data, campaign records and saved lists from KALO IQ systems within 30 days.

Creator contact data you have accessed through the platform is retained in your exported files after account deletion. You are responsible for managing this data in compliance with GDPR, CAN-SPAM and other applicable regulations for your jurisdiction.
