KALO IQ creator lists: how to save and organize your shortlists

From any creator card in search results or a creator profile page, click Save to list. You can add to an existing list or create a new one. Name lists by campaign, niche or status (for example "Q3 beauty campaign", "Tier 1 prospects" or "Do not contact").

There is no limit to the number of lists or creators per list on paid plans. Organize by whatever system your team actually uses - there is no required taxonomy.

On any saved creator's entry in a list, click the notes icon to add context: their quoted rate, previous campaign performance, content quality observations or relationship notes. Notes are visible to all team members who can access the list.

Tags let you filter within a list. Common tag systems: by creator tier (nano/micro/macro), by status (prospect/contacted/confirmed/passed) or by campaign fit (strong/maybe/no). Build the tag system that matches how your team talks about creators internally.

Lists are visible to all team members on your account by default. On Agency plan, lists can be scoped to specific client workspaces so they are only visible to team members assigned to that workspace.

To transfer ownership of a list to another team member, go to the list settings and change the list owner. The previous owner retains view access unless you change their permissions.

From any list, select creators and click Start outreach to begin a new outreach batch from that selection. The outreach dashboard tracks response status per creator and updates the list view to show which creators have responded, been confirmed or passed.

When creating a campaign, you can add creators directly from any saved list rather than searching again. This makes campaign setup significantly faster when you are reusing creators from previous campaigns or working from a pre-approved shortlist.
